In a quiet rural village, two shepherd brothers, Shero and Sme, awaken to a nightmare: their flock has vanished without a trace. Determined to find the missing sheep, they separate—one journeying to the mountains, the other to the village. But the familiar world they know is shattered when strange, colossal ships appear in the sky. These alien forces, ruthless and unyielding, bring terror and destruction that mirror a darkness rooted in reality.

This sci-fi tale represents the 2014 Ezidi genocide, when ISIS attacked, killing thousands of innocent people and forcing many more into exile. The vanishing of the flock symbolizes the genocide of the people, while Sme’s desperate flight from the farm reflects the forced migration that followed. Through this haunting vision, the film honors the resilience of those who endured these horrors, capturing a story of loss, survival, and remembrance.

i started writing this short film in November 2022 . and started the shooting this short film at the end of April 2023 . the film was finalized and sent to festivals during the beginning of jun .

the music of this film i used the music of the great Muhammad Berazi who his music truly resembled the Kurdish culture and a touch of sci-fi and it was a great fit
and the first part music was lewje group, which was a great fit .
